I founded the Law and Mediation Offices of Ronald J. Cassells, in Petaluma, in 1979.  Since that time, it has been my goal, in undertaking the representation of clients, to gain full knowledge of their legal situations so that I can efficiently and professionally represent them throughout the litigation process.  To do so, I am committed to providing my clients with experienced legal advice so that their full, and informed, participation will guide the handling of their matters.

Since 1998, I have also been a trained and certified mediator, and I offer parties (who have as their goal the negotiation of a prompt and fair resolution of their disputes), the opportunity to resolve their conflicts through honest communication and open-minded participation in confidential, mediation, sessions.
