MEMBERSHIP IN THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT BAR ASSOCIATION

On November 16, 2009, I was accorded the special honor and privilege of being sworn in as a new member of the United States Supreme Court Bar Association, by Chief Justice John Roberts and all U. S. Supreme Court Justices. This included my former Constitutional Law professor (and, now, U.S. Supreme Court Justice), Anthony Kennedy.

As a result of receiving this honor, I am now eligible to attend oral arguments before the Court, in a reserved, members-only, section of the Courtroom. I am also now licensed to present, and argue, before the Court, any of my own legal cases which might be accepted for their review and determination. Finally, as a member of the Bar, I am allowed to utilize the more-than 500,000 volume law library (which is available only to members), at the Supreme Court.
